The certificate course is divided in two parts of three months duration each. The first part is of preliminary level in which course participants are trained about the basic skills and competence in garments and handicrafts making. The second part is of advance level in which course participants are trained about higher order skills and competence in designing and embroidery. The completion of the preliminary course is the basic criteria for those who opt for pursuing the advanced course.
